This has been a big week of firsts for you! You rolled over from your tummy to your back. You were so pleased with yourself and your Daddy and I were so happy we both got to witness this big milestone. You also have started making raspberries- you love to stick out your tongue and once you learned you could make noise doing it- you were set. You also started trying to grab the dog's fur. Murray and Wrigley both tolerate this and you think it is hilarious. This week Daddy put together your jumparoo. You love sitting in it and watching the lights and all the little parts.

You are such a beautiful little baby and everywhere we go, people stop me and talk to you and you smile back at them. Your Dad and I constantly comment on how cute you are and we spend a great deal of time talking about how lucky we are and how wonderful you are!

This past weekend we took your first road trip. We drove 3.5 hours to Austin, TX. You were a great traveler and you had fun looking at all the huge green trees around the city, especially at Salt Lick BBQ and out by the Congress Avenue Bridge (where we attempted and failed to see some bats).

You also turned 4 months old this week. You can giggle now and you laugh when I sing Miss Mary Mack to you and when I lift you over my head like a little airplane.

This week marked your first trip to the beach. We went to Maui with the Teeple/Kautz Family. You took naps on the beach and Daddy dipped your toes in the water. We took two very long flights and you did great on both of them. You do get angry now before you fall asleep. I hold you and we sway and sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider to get you through these angry periods. You are trying to roll over and you can roll to your side but not all the way to your tummy. You are getting more beautiful everyday.
